The food is delicious, we had the Stuffed Zucchini flowers, Seafood pasta, Cacio e pepe, Burrata and Focaccia. It is on a side street which is a nice change to all the crowds.Everything was perfect, including the service. We had to go back a second time before we left.

Passing through Campo de' Fiori, you may miss this hidden gem of a restaurant, located down a side street off of the square which is host to several other establishments. However, I urge you to step off the beaten path, and not let this delightful restaurant pass you by.For myself and my family, Campo de' Fiori Ristorante provided delicious food (especially seafood), friendly service, and safe accommodations for my severe food allergies to dairy, nuts, and eggs. We were actually recommended Campo de' Fiori Ristorante by a local working at a different restaurant, who mentioned that this is where she always comes to eat. We found her recommendation well-placed, and were delighted to have been referred to such a wonderful place.Regarding allergies, speaking from my experiences with severe allergies to dairy, nuts, and eggs, the staff here were able to provide me with excellent food, and I always felt confident in my safety while dining here. It is worth noting that one member of our party speaks very good Italian, which is always helpful when communicating allergies in Italy. However, our servers spoke excellent English, and I was pretty generally able to communicate my needs without relying on our Italian speaker in the party. As with many restaurants, allergens present in dishes are represented by numbers next to the menu item. You can ask for the key to this number coding in order to find the menu items most accessible to you.In terms of food, there was a lot that I was able to enjoy. Delicious complimentary focaccia, which I was very pleasantly surprised was safe for my consumption; amazing fresh oysters on the half shell; a wonderful raw cuttlefish dish, something I had never seen on a menu till then, and which I hope to try again in the future; a beautiful seafood linguine with mussels, shrimp, prawns, clams, calamari, and more (recommended by the person who referred us here, normally served with egg pasta but safely substituted); an excellent fresh pineapple and strawberry dessert; tuna tartare served with several colorful and fresh sauces including strawberry, lemon, avocado, and roasted red pepper; and finally a beautifully cooked grilled salmon with some of the same sauces as the tuna tartare. They also very kindly treated us to some delicious limoncello, one of my favorite drinks. Out of everything that I had here, I loved every single dish, and recommend them all. I only wish I was in Rome longer so that I might try more.Overall, Campo de' Fiori Ristorante is an amazing restaurant, proving excellent service and safe allergy accommodations, all while serving delicious food. Do not overlook this place; take a stroll down the side street and take a seat for a wonderful meal. I hope so much to return someday.

This restaurant offers great quality, with good quantity and a big variety of products. The staff is very nice, they speak English and always have a smile on their faces. The sort of penne with amatricella and the pizza were very good, especially the pasta. The pizza, in my opinion, misses tomato on the base, but it is okay, since I guess this is how they make pizza originally.

We came here looking for a nice Italian meal with seafood. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They helped us find a wine that complimented our dinner and matched our budget. Throughout the dinner, the entire wait staff was friendly, making friendly jokes and helping us with plates and drinks. The location is just off the campo, usually shared and a bit less noisy than other options. The food was great, with savory flavors that were never too strong, but let the flavors of the ingredients shine through. The oysters were fresh, with mild sea flavor and a gentle brine. The melon, calamari, and guanciale was excellent, with meaty calamari that went very well with the olive oil and pepper suggested by the waiter. The seafood risotto had a large amount of seafood, cooked very well. The orecchiette was tangy and savory, worth handmade pasta. The tiramisu was a little sweet, with a fluffy custard and light coffee flavor.Bonus points: The limoncello was some of the best we've had.Overall, it was well worth the stop. We had a lovely time and the staff was friendly, fun, and helpful.
